the staff were very helpful, answering all questions clearly before check in. rosa, in particular, was approachable and very helpful. the hotel's location is very convenient, very close to the grand place, with access to many attractions and shops.

the room was quite small. there was limited space to walk, and my mom even tripped on the floor near the wall. a small fridge in the room would have been beneficial.

The self-closing doors were very noisy and slammed shut loudly. my room was next to a connecting door, i could hear everything said in the other room, especially at night. breakfast quality was low. The ham was not good and the croissants tasted like they came from a supermarket.
